Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop test cases, both functional and non functional
- Work with BA, PM and Developers to understand functionalities
- Followup and track issues to closure with development team
- Use JIRA to post test cases and issues
- Provide sign off for release
- Report known bugs, if any
- Perform load testing, functional testing, stress testing, system and integration testing
- Brainstorm with the team and suggest ideas for improvement
- Study industry best practices and make suggestions to team and management
- Estimate and communicate time for test case development and execution, for each release
- Make sure releases are done on time and are bug free
Experience Required
- Manual testing experience- 1 -2 years
- Automated testing: Preferred
